Does anybody know a good easy tutorial for how to add new set pieces to the world and stuff like new plants, trees, rocks, ect.

The world's just so empty and after going through thousands of worlds I'd like to try to add new stuff to spice it up...

Anybody knows a good tutorial or mod which can be used as a solid template to do such things?
