QOL - Skill Point "Lock" Toggle for Not Display at Printing Pod

It would be nice to have the ability to "Lock" a Duplicants Skill Points so they don't display at the Printing Pod as a Duplicant that has Skill Points Available.  This could help with the management of Duplicants where I am still actively assigning Skill Points in an established Colony.  In an established Colony I typically end up with Duplicants that purposely have many unassigned Skill Points to help with Morale and I have no need to be notified of this at the Printing Pod.

Of course I would still expect the Duplicant to continue to acquire new Skill Points for future changes and distributions.
