This addresses some issues related to mods that arose from the mod system upgrades earlier this month. Thanks to everyone (especially modders!) for the bug reports. Take care! Bugfixes Mods no longer crash if they have archived_versions but no versions of the mod support the current vanilla/dlc content. (Instead they just don't load.) Don't crash the game if there's a typo in mod_info.yaml (but log an error if the mod is in the dev folder) Mods DlcManager is now in the same assembly and has the same interface in both trunk and expansion1.
