Player can't connect to my dedicated server.

I created a dedicated server and migrated over a save game that my friends and I were playing.  Myself and another player can connect and get into the game with no issues.  However another friend tries to connect and he can't.  The part of the log is below I have blocked out his KU number for his sake.  Any help with be appricated.

When I try to connect I get the below and it connects fine.

According to this line the player save file points to a non-existing or not connected world.

My guess would be that your friend logged out inside the caves, and now the caves are no longer connected, or not booted up.
