The `缺失成员`(Sorry, I don't know what's the word in English version) do not tell anything about how to add member. I have test for a long time to know that there exist 3 condition: member selection & people skill & change rocket member to `auto`(This ban me for 2 days). status should more info or when player set start rocket should auto switch related config.
