Add a Database entry for "item tags" and how to get specific materials

I've recently been playing a lot of ECO (https://play.eco/) and when I came back to ONI one thing I noticed missing was tooltips / Database entries for item tags. So say, if something requires Filtration Medium, it would be nice to be able to click on the highlighted "Filtration Medium" and have a Database entry that lists each material that it applies to.

Similarly, it would be nice to be able to see all the ways you can obtain a given material. It would especially be useful for some obscure stuff like Sulphur - not a lot of people would know you could get it from sour gas. Being able to see Sulphur's entry and seeing a list of everything that can produce Sulphur would be useful. Same for things like Dirt, Polluted Dirt, etc. - some of those are not obvious.
