Is there any quicker way to update a speech file?

Hello,

I've noticed my character mod is missing a few ANNOUNCE strings after these last few updates. I realise I've probably missed more than that so I need to fully update the character's speech file. Wilson's speech file mentions a PropagateSpeech.bat file, but I can't find it in the mod tools? Is there any other way of doing it besides replacing the whole thing with Wilson's file and editing every line?

I can relate to your issue.

What I usually do is open both your char's speech and wilson's new updated speeches in a single notepad++ window, then I manually check where the row numbers start unsynchronizing and fix it from there

it's lengthy and annoying but apparently everyone must suffer this I guess
