weighted starts

players can opt, for ever decreasing starter biome size, and resource quantity, and quality. In exchange for better RNG on seed/map gen. Better geysers/vents, denser metal tiles, more critters, additional POI, etc. Heavier preferences given for overall biome quantity(cold, caustic, slime, etc), and types. Better star map destinations, etc.... Any number of parameters can be adjusted in such a way as to 'weigh' the players starting biome quality value.
