Seriously why won't CMD find the krane.exe thing?

So I'm trying to edit ONE skin for a mod I had found but didn't like the look of it. So I had tried everything I could to change the face but nothing. All I just wanted to do was to have actual good looking Lock, Shock and Barrel from Nightmare Before Chrismas, and everytime I've tried to think of ways to make them without the masks I just give up because it feels super complicated and just never works for me. I follow everything correctly it just refuses to want to work.   I wish there was a mod that will give us ALL animation files so that I can download them and use them to make my life easier for making human characters.

Are you checking in the right directory? CMD checks for executables in the current working directory, and PATH. And I doubt you have it the latter.

I go to the file which for me is  (name)\Desktop\Ktools   but it refuses to accept cd\ Krane.exe

@Pinkamena11FazPThat's not how you run it.
 

"cd" = change directory, which means what you have typed means "change to the folder named Krane.exe"

You can just input "Krane.exe" and it'll run it. Although, I am unsure of why you just don't click on it.

@Pinkamena11FazPLooks like you got it to load up. Now it looks like you just need to pass in the paths to whatever you're converting. Perhaps Krane.exe --help can specify exactly.
