Server not showing up in Game Server List

Hi all, new DST player/server host. I followed the guide posted in this forum to a T and got a dedicated server running on my machine (Windows 10, basic computer).

Observation: I was able to connect with the game client running on my machine as well as having two other players at the same time from different locations so it was working. I wanted to test it so I left the server on and after about 3 hours of uptime one of my processes started giving a message

[Shard] Error while registering secondary shard server: NOT_IN_DB  

An hour later (now) I went to play and I can't find the server in the Browse Games. I've included the full output for both of the processes that start when I run the StartDSTServers.bat file

Of course I can restart the server and it should work but I'd hate if I had a long running game going and then this error appeared, forcing me to restart

To anybody seeing, this interestingly enough....it's working now...

 

Specifically now it is repeatedly showing the message 

[05:02:18]: Registering secondary shard in US lobby

Without the shard error message in between and it's showing in the lobby.

Can anybody confirmed seeing the error message in the original post before? And if so is this a known intermittent error?
