Need heat conducting building so sadly!

Really need a building to conduct heat with building in vacuum.

 

For examples:

A new background building (like temp-shifter) that conduct heat with not only the tiles but also all overlapping buildings.

A normal building but conduct heat with buildings on its sides and floor/ceiling.

 

Currently it's so complicated by running a layer of water on the floor.

And it's nearly impossible for sweepy.

 

I'm sorry this may probably be a repost, but the search engine in this forum doesn't work well enough to find one.
