QOL Idea - Capturing Grass Gekos

So, we have grass gekos in game for really long time, but still the only way to start a grass farm with them at base is replanting grass tufs. But why we can't just capture them with trap? Its would make transportation of gekkos possible. Yes they bigger that rabbits and birds, but still i think is capable of being in inventory. The transported far from home, gekkos would set a place where they was released as new home. Oh and also its would help everyone who is tired of escaping gekos, because only way to bring them back to pen is frozing them alive and... pushing them back
