booubouk Posted June 20, 2020 Share Posted June 20, 2020 Hello everyone, i have a problem on don't starve together on xbox one (i'm french, sorry for the bad english) : i start the game properly, after the intro, i'm on the title screen where i have to load my profile. I can't load it, the game freeze then i'm back at the xbox home screen. I tried to clear the cache by fully rebooting the console, reinstalling the game, whith another profile... nothing works... I manage to load succefully the game rarelly but it's very random. I don't understand if it's a network error, or if something is corrupted on my console or my save. Developer CharlesB Posted June 26, 2020 Developer Share Posted June 26, 2020 Has this happened since you bought the game, or did it start recently? How far into login does it freeze? Are you able to choose a profile? Do you see a dialog bog on the screen with some text? What does the text say when it freezes and crashes? Could you take a video and post it here?
