Question - Helmet that gives extra armor when worn with body armor.

Is it possible to set up a helmet that when worn with body slot armor items(like a log suit for example) grants extra protection?

I want to make a helmet that has 80% protection but grants a 70% resistance bonus(resistance being the same manner as wigfrid's resistance) when worn with any body slot armor item.

So for example just the helmet alone would reduce a 100 damage hit down to 20, akin to a football helmet, but with say... a log suit equipped it would reduce it to 6.

Is this possible? I'm not familiar with lua and it's been forever since I did anything with it.
