Copy Settings ctrl+/shift-

Currently, we can paste the settings from one container to another container of the same type, with N.  I propose that we keep that functionality- but expand it to include CTRL-add and SHIFT-subtract.  These options would add or remove those settings from the target container's item list, leaving all other settings unchanged.  "Shoot, I only want to store those here!" or "I should put these there instead." situations won't require an annoying checkbox hunt in every stockpile room.

To turn it up a notch, while in the checkbox list of a storage container, we could have a "CTRL-change all" option, where every container of that type, everywhere, receives that setting.
