TRGriff Posted April 9, 2020 Share Posted April 9, 2020 I thought it would be nice to have a one-tile size building to place over a pipe segment that dupes could use to draw a bottle of liquid from. It would probably need to be set to draw a specific type of liquid as there’s no guarantee the right liquid will be in the pipe by the time the dupe arrives to do the errand, or it would need to keep a small amount stored. Personally I think it seems odd to have researched the ability to explore space, but if I want a jug of water I have to use an old pitcher pump like a farmhand. Sasza22 Posted April 10, 2020 Share Posted April 10, 2020 We got such a building for gasses so it should work. But it needs to be a bit bigger than one tile. The reasoning is that dupes pick a lot of water at a time and the pipes only flow 10kg/s so getting 200kg bottle (and some dupes can lift that much) would make them wait 20s.
