how to create mods in dont starve together

Hi, i'm a spanish speaker and the fact of not being able to find any guides written in spanish gets in my way when I try to create a mod. I was wondering if there's any updated guide in order to find the files of each character, object or structure to use them as guide as well, thanks.

Not really. Not in Spanish, at least. When starting out with modding for these games, you need to prepare yourself. You need to know at least the basics of Lua and preferably study the syntax and how to work with collections in it.

Then you have the newcomer post which is very helpful to get started. It tells you all the basic stuff, like where are the game code files, how to debug your (or any other) mod, and even how to search the forum effectively.
