Posted January 24, 2020 Share Posted January 24, 2020 I do not know how it works on PS4 but on the PC it works so that if you have purchased DST (Don´t Starve Together) and want to buy a mega pack through the same account so you can but not part of the mega pack another DST but everything else in maga pack is add to you.
