Duplicant strength training

I didn't see any posts on here about how to create a duplicant strength training center so i figured i would share.
The idea is to get the liquid oxygen at an unstable state so it will constantly phase change between the states allowing for never ending mopping without having to add materials, this example has been working for a few cycles without having to add another mop command.
