Also i think filling up soda is under "life support" (is that right?) so maybe you dupes has other priorities? No learnable skill increases it and all my dupes have life support skill zero, according to the priority tab I put the priority for life support of one dupe on max, still no change Edit. The problem seems to lie with the canister filler. I manually emptied it, a bottle fell to the ground and a dupe immediately picked it up and delivered it to the fountain. No dupe will touch the filler though, its errand tab is always completely empty.
