Oliviasmom Posted December 12, 2019 Share Posted December 12, 2019 As shown the game IS on PS4 under Application Saved Data Managment: - but no longer in library and in PS Store requires me to purchase again. I called Sony Customer Service and all troubleshooting resources were unfortunately depleted. I’ve purchased DS & DST on phone, Steam & PS4- so I don’t mind to repurchase but if I could avoid doing so I gladly will and would like an explanation. Gourmand Posted December 12, 2019 Share Posted December 12, 2019 Are you the primary? If there is another account on your system, could they have purchased it/downloaded it on their account?
