Oliviasmom Posted December 12, 2019 Share Posted December 12, 2019 As shown the game IS on PS4 under Application Saved Data Managment: - but no longer in library and in PS Store requires me to purchase again. I called Sony Customer Service and all troubleshooting resources were unfortunately depleted. I’ve purchased DS & DST on phone, Steam & PS4- so I don’t mind to repurchase but if I could avoid doing so I gladly will and would like an explanation. Has anyone else experienced this problem with same/different game? Gourmand Posted December 12, 2019 Share Posted December 12, 2019 Are you the primary? If there is another account on your system, could they have purchased it/downloaded it on their account? If so, they must've logged out or deleted the application. You have to re-download it on their account.
