I always ran a new world (not regenerated!) each time there's a content update (like the turn of tides). Is it possible to have the same game with the new content added in or must you start a new save/regenerate the world for the new items? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GentlemanFridge Posted December 9, 2019 Share Posted December 9, 2019 Depending on what's actually in the update, Klei usually implements the new stuff into already existing worlds. It's possible that some stuff won't work properly, though, or may just flat-out be missing. In order to get the best experience, I would recommend you regenerate the world, but if you're particularly fond of a particular world and don't want to lose it, you shouldn't miss out on that much.
