Deacttivate XP Grain

At this point the game is realy realy nice but now my suggestion maybe my last one in all that years

 

i dont like superdups that unlock all jobs: but they still get xp and i have a "no skill point spent" warning icon at the printing pod, so deactivate xp grain and set all unspend skills back to zero will be nice. (of course with the option to reactivate)

 

but a buff for do that will become handy too i think something like:
- for each "Not Selected" job a 0.25 bonus to all skillpoints that increased by the selected jobs 
- for each "Not Selected" job a 0.25% stress bonus or morale boost
