Lack of information in building menu

Materials can affect the following attributes of your building (ignoring run speed):

1. Decor
2. Overheat Temperature
3. Specific Heat Capacity
4. Thermal Conductivity

The only one of these you can even calculate from the building menu is decor since base decor is listed in the building description.

I suggest the following:

The actual value of these should be calculated by the game and shown in the building menu.

This would allow us to make informed decisions when picking materials. Right now the only way to know 2-4 is to build the building first, then check its properties.

I also would love to see melting point and hardness for those. Some mats are quite fragile, but you can't tell from building menu.

Hm, maybe a mod can do this...
