Skinned items, how to load/save them within mod?

`Hi,

my teleportato mod lets you create a new world and carry over all inventory items with help of the OnLoad and OnSave from the inventory component.
Problem is, that items with skins do not have their skinned build after creating the new world. The inventory image is still fine.

The inst.skinname and buildname are correctly saved/loaded for the item, so there is absolutely no reason for it to not work.

I can only imagine there is some kind of blockade from Klei to not allow modders to spawn any skinned items. While this is of course a good thing:
How do I save and load legit skins?

PS:
I have a weird feeling about "skinned items", but I hope it is the right wording for "items with skins" ?! :D
