Flash/Animate-based pipeline?

I know a lot of people have been frustrated with the Spriter-based pipeline for a while now in terms of compiling, decompiling, and editing animations. Since the game devs use Animate for their animations, I was wondering if anyone had used or figured out a Flash/Animate pipeline that could be used for making custom animations and compiling them for the game.

If not, does anyone know enough about coding to know of a way to make a pipeline that could do this?
