Since most of the spree stays in their base bar, Nadan is naturally there as well.

So when you try to convince your target to be a mole, Nadan joins in (since he dislikes you) and told them don't listen to us. 

Presumably he wanders back to his seat and didn't care whether he turned or not.  :?

 

Update: The mole just tried to rob me. I killed him. RIP Oolo's plan. :p
