Duplicant Leftovers

Dupes eat on mess tables not the floor. So why do leftovers fall through them? It's unhygienic, and they're way beyond the 5 second rule when they clean it up the following morning (if your ref is set to priority).

So I propose that leftovers should stay on top of mess tables BUT a new negative trait for Dupes could come up called "messy eater" and if Dupe has it then only their leftovers would fall as it does currently. Food should also spoil much quicker on the ground unless on top of metal tiles. That way you could still infinitely store food in 1 tile but it'd be a tad harder to achieve.
