To me it kinda seems like it somehow cornered itself during worldgen by not having enough space to place things. If you are planning to play a long time on that map, it might be a good idea to regenerate the map, since some things might be missing, otherwise just try and see if you can play on it as it is. I did try and regenerate it and it still those warnings. I only tried once though, will check if the problem still persists.
