quasi-IRL immune based desease system

Little simulate mechanics from current beta and mixed old and new system.

From old (immune) take immunity and disease (germs) strength.

From new (sick poker) chance to get sick.

Well, each dupe have some immune barrier (immunity). Strength it barrier determines chance to get sick: full broken is 100%, full unbroken 0, between – cosine (or linear) dependency. Each germs broke immune barrier with some strength (but no store in dup's body, only bloody sabotage :D ), dups vital system (sometime with drugs) restore. Also immune system restore while dup sick (determines sick duration, dup with unbroken immune barrier get well very quick, with broke – disabled on long time). Recovery from sickness get short immune boost ('insusceptibility', lower germs strength or rise immune barrier).

Now about drugs. Its may be two type. One (immunomodulators) rise (boost)/restore immune barrier, other (antibiotics) lower germs strength (all or some type).

This mechanisc allow control dup's sickness and not very  burden engine with calculation.

PS: Insusceptibility also may apply (cumulative) to allergy reaction. In 'floral hell' allergic may slowly get full, quasi permamently floral scent immunity (try release allergy dup from derelict).
