BUG - Pips which get stuck in tiles get frozen (in fear?)

In the launch update preview branch (build 347269) I found that if a pip gets stuck in a tile, and then you rescue it it will become frozen.

Even after I wrangled it to a new location it was still frozen. 

Restarting the game fixed the problem.

 

note: this may happen for other creatures too, but I haven't tested it.
