Wes is useless and this upsets me.

DST Is supposed to (mainly) be a cooperative game, and the devs do a lot to make it so that people cant grief, and seem to want people to work together... Yet wes breaks this.

Wes does literally the opposite of everything that it seems Klei strives to do for DST.

Wes has a lot of downsides, and literally no upsides (Balloons sure as heck don't count...)

Even when people use him to actually play, they're still damaging to everything on his server, or at his camp.

He cant fight, and he constantly needs to be fed, and is constantly needing to be helped... like a baby.

But like a baby, he should at least be making people happy, which he clearly is not.

So an idea i had for Wes was to at least give him ONE upside, that can make it worth it to keep the annoying sucker alive.

A positive sanity aura.

Everyone likes mimes right? So its not too far fetched of an idea, in my opinion that is.

He can keep the fact that hes a challenge character, but with this, You at least have a reason to make sure he doesn't starve alone in a pit of self loathing tears.

The entire point of wes is to do that exact thing, be a challenge to play, both as wes, and with wes. While it is rude to play as wes without other players consent, thats a player issue, not a character issue.

I will admit that wes should have some upside. One idea I had was him being able to mime things and have them actualy happen. Like he mimes using an ax on a tree and it actualy falls down, or he mimes a wall, and enemies suddenly can't pass him. That, or maybe he makes ballons that do that instead.

Just an idea, they probably wont, as he is meant to be harder than others, but a cool upside could give wes players a more interesting time.
