What is weird is that the issue seems to happen only with my account (I always repeat the issue on my laptop and my computer) I run a home private server running centos 7. I am using no mods, used the guide with It is configured with no mods using this guide. I should note that the server has been up for a couple of weeks before with no issues my server name is super morris with password generic. I tried changing from survival to endless and wilderness with the same problem, only for me. I see the number of days I've been alive on the browse list, but it will make me change characters anyway. I have no clue where to start to try to fix this. I thought at first the issue was with my server, but since it works for other members of my family, the problem is from my account, I guess ? What information do you need to investigate ? Daniel86268 Posted June 23, 2019 Share Posted June 23, 2019 Since your server has been working before, and is still working for other people, and your account is fine on other servers I assume your map got corrupted somehow .(Or rather your character file on the map got corrupted.) Try regenerating it. (Moving your server saves somewhere else, so the server generates a new one.) Alternatively you can try tracking down your user save inside your save folder using your User ID. Then just move (and therefore lose) only your client save and keep all other players and your map. mardouille Posted June 25, 2019 Author Share Posted June 25, 2019 I went ahead and just deleted those 2 folders, and it seems to have regenerated the world and fixed my problem for now. However, it seems to have generated a buggy map: A quick tour around the entrance gives me the impression it's not working correctly. Is it because I deleted the folder save that it did not generate a normal map ? Also, is it normal for a rocky biome have a swamp type mobs with tentacules not shown here and broken houses ?
