Display food's nutritional values if eaten before

It would be nice to display a food's nutritional values if it was eaten before

For example let's say i have in my inventory a piece of monster meat, if my character didn't eat monster meat before, when hovering over the item, it should display it's nutritional values as follows, hunger: ??? , Sanity : ??? , Health : ??? but if the character did eat monster meat before, it should display the nutritional values accordingly 

This idea could also be extended for weapons, or maybe other items
