Cannot install mods

Hello everbody, i just recently got into linux, so i tried to get my dst save files from windows into linux, so here comes my first problem, i cannot find the folder with the different clusters. But since i was planning into making a new file with the new beta i wasn't that mad about it, so i started setting up the world preferences, and ai noticed that none of my subscribed mods where showing up in the game, i have already tried unsubbing and resubbing with no effect, i also tried verifying the game files with no effect as well, and I cant find any information about this topic, can someone please help me, thanks.
