However whenever you release a new mod, it becomes public right away by default. It would be much better if it has the ability to upload mods as hidden. It's the only missing option, which the uploader client should gain. The reason is that if you select hidden, you can use the steam client itself to edit the mod page to see how the page look, test links, add more screenshots and whatever else you might want to do. Once you are happy, you can unhide the mod and it will be released. The problem is that right now mods are released as public (not hidden) meaning you risk people start to read about your mod before you are done setting up the page.
