Sinister_Fang Posted May 10, 2019 Share Posted May 10, 2019 So I'm watching a GDC video about Subnautica with one of the developers talking about the game, it's development ect. One thing that caught me by surprise was that Don't Starve was one of the inspirations for their game. They even made a reference to one of Klei's devs at GDC from a few years back. Even if they played a fairly minor role, it's neat seeing one of my favorite games inspiring another one of my favorite games. The video is below if anyone else is interested.
