Hi guys, it seems to me that speedy and normal farm plots (at least in my experience) see very little use. By the time you establish a base and an alchemy engine (around day 3-7) there is hardly any purpose for the bottom two tiers of farms. It would be a good idea to come up with some alternate pros and cons (keeping in mind the development cost for each farm plot) for each tier that would make the bottom two situationally advantageous. Perhaps something like speedy plots gaining bonuses to growth speeds depending on how many adjacent speedy plots are nearby or perhaps basic farm plots able to produce a basic plot tile after 3-4 days (good way to expand farming with minimal maintenance/development).

I use normal farms on a semi-regular basis (actually, I very rarely use farms at all) mostly because I move around a lot and if you're going to be away for a week there is no reason to build a speedy plot when a regular plot works just as well and is cheaper.

I suggest the lower tiers grow different food.Normal farm plots could grow carrots, corn, low end stuff.Speedy farm plots could grow the other normal foods.Turbo farm plots could grow anything, but have a small chance to grow something weird like; a crockpot food, a beekeeper's hat, a log. Also, I only use Turbo farms at the moment.

Yeah that's my qualm. That's all I use, mainly because I don't see a reason to use the other two. I rarely use the first tier when I'm desperate to get some crops, but I have never used the second tier simply because right now its just too small of a stepping stone.
