The New Sickness system on higher difficulties

I realize it's a work in progress, but I figured I'd add some input and feedback right now. As someone who spent the previous release playing on the hardest difficulty, I hope, and pray, that you consider how the new system will work on those harder settings. So currently because the immune system was removed, they haven't really gotten sick in the first 50 cycles on the same settings.

I don't have any suggestions actually, as i don't know what the plan is, but it feels weird that my dupes only had a case of food poisoning that didn't make them throw up. And I've not even added extra wash basins next to top tier sources of food poisoning. In previous play it'd have made everyone very sick very fast.
