Use hats for auto priority

So in the preview the auto priority based on the current job seems to be gone. Since a dupe doesn`t doa ny particular job just has certain skills it has no place. But dupes stiull use hats.

My idea: Hats set priority. A dupe with a miner hat will have mining as his top priority. Changing the hat will change the priority. Of course could be toggled off like the old system. This way the hat is not only decorative and you don`t have to manually set the priority for your dupe after you select a hat for him. You can be shure the dupe will prioritize the job he has the hat for even if you messed something up in the priority setting.
