Space Age Tech: Building Upgrades!

Data banks usually end in excess, so why not allow them to be used to upgrade some existing buildings? Universal upgrades would be far more convenient but individual building upgrades would somewhat make more sense and is more easily balanced, so not sure which method would be better for the game.

 

Some basic upgrade ideas:

- outputs such as cooling factor, power generation, and conversion rates

- capacity for storage and batteries

- more recipes

- speed/range for auto sweeper and robo miner

- recreational buildings (more songs, games, drinks, etc)
