Add setting to disable getting skins while in game

I'm probably the only person in the world which gets annoyed while playing and then that present box pops up on my screen..

So, it would be great if a setting is added to remove charlie's gracious gifts from popping up while in game and instead they just get added to treasury with a little text popup or something. I haven't received a skin yet as of the new update yet, but from what I read it seems now instead of gift boxes players will receive a single skin more frequently which to me would be even more annoying to me while playing in game..

I really would appreciate a way to disable getting skins without having to play in offline mode ..
