Pre-fetch camera path on follow cam.

Animation of dupes in follow cam appears janky. I suggest following their designated path line with relation to the game speed rather than attaching the camera to some part of the duplicant. There appears to be frame hitching on duplicant animation - a sort of double-vision of the characters at the center of the screen as well as stutter.
