Add option to show more info about building material

I understand it might be confusing to show SHC and TC in the proposed place to new players (melting poing should be fine), so this is why I'm asking for an option to turn this extras info on instead of this being the default.

I love this idea. I find myself looking at materials details like that frequently. It would be nice to throw a codex link to the material there if anything.

This would spell out the material. In my opinion, the highlight isn't as strong as it should be - the contrast there is comparatively weak.

Additionally, the resource effects change depending on the type of tile being constructed, so things like tempshift plates alter those properties, and this is unknown until after checking the details at a later time. It would be nice to have that reflected there, absolutely.
