You'll have to ask the mod creator for permission to have someone else overhaul/port over that mod to DST first. Since they specifically did all the code and their own artwork used in it. Otherwise, you could ask the mod creator directly to port it to DST in hopes that they are willing to. But looking at the mod comments, it doesn't seem like the mod creator is inclined to.
