misc suggestions

Tried searching for these, did not find them, maybe just bad keywords?

• Would like to be able to drag to NOT disinfect, instead of only drag to disinfect. I sucks to manually toggle "don't disinfect" on every tile in a green zone.
• Would like an alert "No Oxygen generation"; the "insufficient" message is a cry wolf 99% of the time, so you just end up ignoring it - but that 1% of the time, early in the game, you don't notice you ran out of algae or disconnected the power and it's not "insufficient", it's "none at all". I'd like an alert about that.

I would go further on disinfect and offer a toggle for advanced mode where you switch from disinfect-by-default to ignore-by-default and let me paint the area that I want cleaned.  Really, I just want disinfection in my main base, because I use Atmo everywhere else.
