The top of the map is considered the bottom of the red-zone. So it's : How many tiles down from the bottom of the red-zone. Though you said it was already working before, it may be something else, I just want to be as correct and succinct as possible in how I relayed that. I get the Same Scan quality in your picture 9 tiles down. Have you tried moving the dish down more in your game?
