Carbon fiber is resilient enough to serve as bunker material at least when compared to steel. The advantage would be less thermal conductivity. Could be used for airlocks for a bit of insulation. It shouldn`t be usable for electric stuff though. Unless we call it graphene fiber. On a second thought that fits the molecular forge a bit more.
