Can't Exit Camera Follow Mode ONI EA

After clicking on "follow with camera" on one duplicant I can follow anyone, but NOT exit from follow mode to regular. Have to restart game to exit follow mode. The bug will kick back in as soon as I use the mode again. I am using Win 10 Creator Update.

Steps to Reproduce
Open Game, click on follow with camera, click toggle switch.

Are you able to pan the camera after you click follow mode? Either with the wasd keys or by using the middle mouse button?

Nope, I had to exit and re-enter the game. I was able to zoom but not scroll.
