I uploaded wrong files and things are really broken

I'm an author of this mod and I think I could make and publish my mod without big problems so far.
This mod is just a character mod and is ported version of DS(https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=630163100).
Both versions codes are quite different since DST version is merely different.
But yesterday, I made a small mistake in updating my mod; published DST version files into DS workshop(I assume this was a kind of trigger of the whole mess up.)

So, I reverted update files to correct DS versions and then updated DST mod in DST workshop. But I and my friends cannot download workshop update contents nor the DS version(which is reverted) is downloaded.

Here's what I've tried :

- Check, re-check, and re-re-checked files to make sure mod files are not broken.
I basically code with Visual Studio and control files through GitHub(https://github.com/HimekaidouHatate/YakumoYukari-DST/commits/master)
So when I push an update, I tested & changed the whole codes(including modinfo.lua) and copied includes into my upload folder, delete some unnecessary files then upload files via mod tools.
I mean, I already tested and re, re, rechecked that the mods are legit to be played and everything was fine except for downloading workshop updates.

- Tried to upload private dummy mod.
I published another mod that contains minimum requires to be a mod. But the same things happened. I can't even download dummy mod myself.

- Uploaded on another computer, another steam account.
Same. I couldn't download mod files(both my mod and dummy files) on another computer, different account.

Note that uploader always said 'completed' every I pushed an update. and seems log files doesn't contain a problem.
And every mod files are at GitHub.

Yesterday, probably around the time you posted, i got big problems, i uploaded one of my mods on the workshop and was unable to update it in game. Maybe something similar happened to you ?

It works fine for me now : maybe you could try again and see if the problem was with the downloading of the mod rather than something else ?
